NAIFA-New Jersey President's Message

Written by NAIFA-New Jersey | 2/19/21 4:25 PM

Greetings NAIFA-New Jersey!

Welcome to 2021, thank you for your dedication and commitment to your clients, your practice and our industry.  I am honored to be your NAIFA-New Jersey President.  I started in this industry nearly 3 decades ago as a financial advisor with the desire to help individuals reach their financial goals.  Throughout the years, my dedication to this career continues to grow and giving back to my industry is an important part of paying it forward.  NAIFA was the first association I joined when I started in the business because a NAIFA member took the time to share their NAIFA story with me.  I encourage you to do the same and introduce a new person to NAIFA today, together we are one loud voice.

About Bellaria:
Bellaria Jimenez, MBA, CFP®, ChFC, CDFA®, CLU®

Growing up as an immigrant in New Jersey, I witnessed firsthand the common mistakes made by people who don’t fully grasp the financial system in this country. After college, I began my career as an advisor to help people navigate and properly plan financially for the future. Now, as President and General Agent of a firm, I am inspired to continue the work I started as an individual and help our community through our professional and talented advisor teams.  I coach and develop advisor teams to expand and grow their practices. This love for teaming led me to write “The Team Game, How Your Business Can Dominate Year after Year”.

I dedicate time to coaching and mentoring women and the new generation of financial advisors. Personally, my wish is to inspire the next generation to invest in themselves professionally and through financial education.

Industry involvement in AALU, GAMA, FPA, and NAIFA. I am an active board member of the NJFPA and NJNAIFA, NJ Junior Achievement and the Silberman College of Fairleigh Dickinson University.  I feel that being committed to my career means understanding and supporting the industry and advocating in areas that will help support our field.

Bellaria lives on a farm in Cream Ridge, New Jersey, with her husband, their son and a host of ducks, chickens and other animals. Aside from this busy life, Bellaria is also a blossoming writer, having contributed many articles for industry magazines. She has also just completed her first full length book, The Team Game, which is the ultimate playbook for business leaders, executives, entrepreneurs, and managers to build and develop highly efficient teams.
