Joe Jordan, inspirational speaker, and behavioral finance expert, is the author of the award-winning book, Living a Life of Significance. The book has sold over 125,000 copies, is translated in five languages, and was featured in Nick Murray's "The Advisor's Essential Library".

Formerly, Joe ran insurance sales at Paine Webber and more recently was a senior vice president at MetLife. He was responsible for retail product development and started their fee-based financial planning program and behavioral finance department.

Joe is also a founder of the Insured Retirement Institute and has been featured on the cover of Life Insurance Selling magazine.

Rear Admiral (two stars) Ted LeClair is the Managing Director of Saltwater Leadership (SWL). In this role, he spearheads SWL’s programs on building leaders. He has presented several thousand keynote and breakout presentations at major events around the world during the last 20+ years. He trains managers and leaders in the qualities of successful leadership, and guides teams to achieve greater success in their businesses, organizations, and life.

Prior to joining SWL, Mr. LeClair spent 12 years as a Senior Vice President, at Natixis Global Asset Management, a top-15 global firm. He was the Director of the Natixis Academy, a global training team. As a Rear Admiral with over 29 years in the U.S. Navy and an active navy reservist, he has completed three tours of duty to the Middle East and travelled to more than 40 different countries. He currently serves as the Deputy Director for Operations at U.S. Indo-Pacific Command. Previously he served as the Deputy Commander for U.S. 7th Fleet.

He holds a bachelor’s degree from Villanova University, and master’s degrees from the Harvard Kennedy School and the US Army War College. He also is a graduate with distinction from the Joint Forces staff college.
